Yes, the Bonnata Espresso Portable Machine can be used immediately with hot water. If you're using cold water, you can simply add it and heat it up at the touch of a button before brewing your espresso. The heating time for 60 ml of cold water to reach the extraction temperature of 92 °C is approximately 200 seconds.

A USB-C charging cable is included. It can be used with any outlet or plug adapter. Charging from low battery to full takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

A small cleaning sponge is included, perfectly sized for easy cleaning of your portable espresso machine. We recommend cleaning it with warm (not boiling) water and a little dish soap. Like traditional coffee machines, it does not need to be cleaned after every use.

With a single full charge, you can make 100–110 extractions when using hot water. When using cold water in self-heating mode, 4–6 extractions per charge are possible.
